1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Fluxella ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fluxella is a smart printing platform that allows users to:

• Upload documents and files for printing
• Configure print settings (orientation, color, duplex, page range)
• Make secure payments through Razorpay
• Connect to IoT-enabled printers for physical printing
• Track order history and printing statistics

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use Fluxella, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Fluxella, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use Fluxella only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Upload or print illegal, copyrighted, or infringing content
• Upload malicious files (viruses, malware, etc.)
• Print offensive, defamatory, or harmful content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for commercial resale without permission
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload files containing personal data of others without consent

5. Pricing and Payments

5.1 Pricing Structure

Our current pricing is as follows:

• Single-sided printing: Rs. 3 per page
• Double-sided printing: Rs. 4 per pair (2 pages)
• Blank A4 sheets: Rs. 1.5 per sheet

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect existing orders.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions. We do not store your credit card information.

5.3 Minimum Order Amount

The minimum order amount is Rs. 1.00 due to payment gateway restrictions.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

• Payment was charged but order was not processed
• Print quality issues caused by our equipment
• Service unavailability after payment

Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the order. Refunds for user errors (wrong file, wrong settings) are at our discretion.

6. File Uploads and Content

6.1 File Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to files you upload. By uploading files, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and print your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 File Size and Type Limits

• Maximum file size: 100MB
• Supported formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, XLS, XLSX, JPG, PNG

6.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to print the content you submit.

6.4 File Deletion

Files are automatically deleted from our servers 30 days after upload. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide 24/7 availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or emergencies
• Printer downtime or paper/ink shortages
• Third-party service outages (Supabase, Razorpay, etc.)

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Fluxella and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxella shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Print quality issues beyond our reasonable control
• Delays in printing or service interruptions
• User errors in file upload or print configuration
• Content of files uploaded by users

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question or Rs. 500, whichever is lower.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fluxella, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights (including copyright)
• Content you upload to the Service
• Your use or misuse of the Service

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness
• Error-free or uninterrupted operation

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the Service or other users
• Request by law enforcement

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive (including ownership, warranties, indemnification, and limitations of liability).

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
